I tried making chocolate cherries today. It wasn't hard as you all already guessed. You just dip them in chocolate, then freeze, then eat. :-) They are really tasty. I recommend freezing the cherries before you dip them.

Living on the edge is fun, doing the Impossible is hard, and being who you are, is a must. I'm really getting into paintball. I'm not good at it...but i really really enjoy it. =) I'm also part of an Elite team. Called "Team Impossible". This Elite team does lots of things. Paintball, COD4, soccer, and almost anything you can think of. =) I absolutely love being a part of it! I've been horseback riding...and loved it! Mack and I are going to be best of pals. =) Where I live the trees are red, and the grass is blue. Isn't that silly?

I just happened across your blog. I make chocolate-covered cherries every year for Christmas except, I make a fondant to go around the cherries and then dip them in chocolate...much more decadent and sort of like the ones you can buy. It's just powdered sugar, shortening, butter, and corn syrup. It makes them really great! Happy cherry dipping!
those look really good! i've been craving chocolate lately. i had chocolate milk with the kids today. i can't remember the last time i had chocolate milk!
Lol Chocolate milk is vedy good. I like making mine with Hershey syrup. Da best.
