Captain! Is that a bald spot?
Yesterday was such a nice day. Went to the river with friends and family...had a great time. But it started out with a little pain. Shawn and i had just gotten to the river. No one else from our group was there yet. I had stashed my gum behind my ear for later ( as normal)...and forgot about it. I was messing with my hair and all of a sudden my hair stuck together. The gum had become entangled in my hair. After about 20 minutes of pulling and straining I got most of it out. I now have a bald spot on the side of my head. Lucky for me, you can't see it unless you move some hair that comes from higher up. =( Needless to say, i won't be keeping my gum back there until i get a hair cut. =)

yuck! you put it behind your ear?! To me that's beyond gross! Why not just get another piece? do you have a shortage of gum or something? lol i have like a whole Costco package in my room! lame i know but i love gum.

I totally agree with Sarah, putting gum behind your ear and then chewing it again later is gross.
Honestly, after reading this post I laughed and then thought, "what a nerd." No offense. It is just kind of funny.

Piper- Yes. That GAK was a disaster! That was not fun at all. I think all of our methods to try to get it out hurt pretty bad too, didn't it?

I remember the gak!!! Mom and dad were on a date at Olive Garden with Mr. and Mrs. Backholm and we called frantic about the big green blob stuck in Piper's hair and all the adults did was laugh their heads off. Did we end up cutting it out, Piper? So funny! Remember when Aspen got the gum stuck in her hair? We had better luck then. :)
